Description: Choices is a 6-week program dedicated to help you lose weight, increase physical activity, and maintain healthy eating through lifestyle changes. The program utilizes a group format to share knowledge and support among participants. Each weekly one-hour discussion with our Healthy Lifestyle Coaches will focus on different topics to aid in your lifestyle changes. Final dates/times for group meetings will be determined by demand.
